Rabbi Hanan Schlesinger and Shadi Abu Awwad work together in Roots, a joint Israeli-Palestinian initiative in Judea and Samaria. They came to Atlanta for two nights of dialogue in front of a live audience.
It was an argument conducted in good faith by two people who live on opposite sides of the same ground and have decided to keep talking. The Jewish Community Relations Council of Atlanta brought the program to the city; AIC was a sponsor and glad to be one. More about Roots at friendsofroots.net.
