On Sunday, October 26, 2025, AIC brought two founders to Buckhead to talk about turning conviction into work on the ground.
Sammy Yahood founded Peace Through Strength. Yocheved Ruttenberg founded Sword of Iron Israel Volunteer, a movement her flyer put at more than 46,000 people. Between them, as Cheryl Dorchinsky put it, they connect people to purpose, from defending Jewish communities abroad to volunteering in Israel.
AIC planned the morning as the launch of a volunteer-in-Israel initiative and a push toward its December mission to Israel. Cheryl promised a direct conversation, and something concrete to do on the way out.
It started at 11:30. Admission was free, seats were limited, and security was on site.
