Fighting Back Against Jew Hatred: Winning the Fight Against Antisemites and Anti-Zionists
James Sinkinson of FLAME laid out five practical strategies an ordinary person can use to help Israel in everyday life. Part of the Fighting Back series; AIC co-sponsored.
Speaker

James Sinkinson
President, Facts and Logic About the Middle East (FLAME)
A writer, publisher, and persuasion expert.
James Sinkinson pitched this Fighting Back web talk at people who care about Israel but can’t write a big check or give up their evenings to volunteer. The flyer promised them five practical strategies for everyday life, plus the ten most common slanders against Israel and what to say back to each one.
Sinkinson came as president of FLAME, Facts and Logic About the Middle East. The falsehoods come every day, as the flyer put it, in the media, from politicians, from professors, and sometimes from our own friends, and FLAME answers them with editorial ads in mainstream and social media. FLAME was one of the co-sponsors, alongside AIC.
The Canadian Antisemitism Education Foundation ran it on Zoom on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 2 p.m. Eastern. That same day the Atlanta Jewish Times ran Cheryl Dorchinsky’s Passover message, which made its own call to fight back against antisemitism.
